THE WINDHOEK COLLEGE OF EDUCATION Our head office is currently based at the Windhoek College of Education. We offer courses at this centre and they are: 1. Basic Computer Literacy Skills Course - 2 months 2. International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) - 1 month/module (7 modules) 3. Basic Internet and Electronic Mail Applications 4. Short Courses As stated, all our students, have to achieve a minimum of 65% to receive a computer literacy certificate for Basic Skills.
