THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (NIED) CECS Namibia has signed a Joint Venture with NIED from 01 July 2005 until 30 June 2006 . We have submitted all our course material to NIED. We offer only courses at this centre, and they are: 1. Basic Computer Literacy Skills Course - 2 months 2. International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) - 1 month/module (7 modules) 3. Basic Internet and Electronic Mail Applications 4. Short Courses
